Where is my activation code?

If you purchased from Simple.TV ( your activation code is included in your purchase email receipt, and is also displayed on the receipt displayed in your web browser when you bought Simple.TV.

In your email purchase receipt, it looks like this (highlighted in orange text):

If you've lost your activation code, please contact support for assistance. You'll need to provide us with:
  • The name of the person who purchased Simple.TV
  • The email address used to purchase Simple.TV
  • The date you made the purchase (optional, but this can help to track down your order)
