UPDATE: JANUARY. 24, 2017 - Roku pairing with Simple.TV account is now FIXED.

Engineering was aware there was an issue with pairing Roku 1, Roku 2, and Roku 3 (including Roku Streaming Stick and Roku enabled smart TVs) with a Client's Simple.TV account.
*** The pairing issue has been fixed, please go through the steps to register your Roku device.
Online process to pair their Roku with Simple.TV account and service:
1.) Request Simple.TV pairing code
2.) Registration pairing code entered in Simple.TV web account
3.) Client receives a confirmation message: Success! Your Roku has been successfully paired ....
4.) After "Success!" the Client is sent to an incorrect URL causing the client to receive a HTTP Error 404: http://us-my-my.simple.tv
*** Please manually corrected the URL to remove the extra "my", URL should be: http://us-my.simple.tv

Engineering is aware there is a compatibility issue with Roku 4 Media Streamer and Simple.TV. We are looking into it but can NOT commit to a fix schedule at this time.
